This Thai adaption of the popular Mid-Autumn dessert is available all year round. According to the dessert-makers website, Thai Mooncakes are “influenced by the Chaozhou-style of Chinese Mooncakes which comprises of handmade thin spiral-shaped crust and it is uniquely smoked with candle scent.” These goodies are available with taro and mung bean fillings.
