Downtown Toronto is about to get a new beer garden

The weather’s getting warmer, the sun is shining, and we’re so close to patio season we can almost taste it.

And Mascot Brewery, which closed its doors (and beloved patio) last spring, is gifting Toronto the perfect pairing to the upcoming warmth.

The new brew hub will be located at 220 King Street West, right in the heart of your standard Saturday-night goings-on. And not only will you be able to enjoy a pint on a weekend evening – you’ll also be able to savour one in the shining sun.

For the last couple of weeks, the eatery has been dropping hints, by means of Instagram shots of beer cans in the wild, as to where they’d be opening up their new space.

Finally, the word is out. And the sun’s out. And the pints are out, too.
