Chances are she’ll make you laugh and cry, all within the same hour.
This weekend, iconic and famed Canadian, Margaret Trudeau, is bringing her critically-acclaimed, candid conversation Certain Woman of an Age to Toronto.
Trudeau will be hosting a one-woman show on September 19 through 22, as part of this year’s Just for Laughs Festival.
Trudeau’s autobiographical show promises to feature an intimate conversation that follows her startlingly honest accounts of her wild-child days, isolated life with then-prime minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau, tragic family events, and her mental health illness diagnosis.
Organizers say her topics of discussion will be “as surprisingly universal as they are extraordinary.”
