Here's the weather forecast for the first weekend of March in Toronto

Feb 28 2020, 5:13 pm

This weekend may bring the first of March, but spring is not here yet, Toronto.

Following the snow squalls forecasted for Friday by Environment Canada, Saturday and Sunday’s weather isn’t predicted to bring much respite.

While the weather agency is calling for somewhat sunny skies on Saturday, there will still be some cloud cover and the chance of flurries looms.

The temperature will rest at -5°C but with the wind chill, it’s expected to feel like -17°C in the morning and -9°C in the afternoon. It’s expected to drop down to -7°C at night.

Sunday will offer more mild temperatures — 2°C in the day and 3°C at night. But with that (relative) warmth comes the chance of rain showers or flurries overnight.

Environment Canada

Monday is expected to bring more mild temps with a high of 7°C. There’s a 40% chance of rain showers to begin the work-week, but by Tuesday, the sun should shine again.
