If you’re looking to book a Lyft, you may notice that the icons just got a bit more colourful.

Starting today the ride-sharing app’s icon will feature the Progress Pride flag — ahead of Toronto’s Pride festivities this weekend.

The Progress Pride flag was created by Daniel Quasar and is a “reboot” of the original LGBTQ flag.

It features the rainbow colours as well as the trans flag stripes (light blue, light pink, and white), black and browns stripes to represent those who are further marginalized, and a black stripe to represent those lost to AIDS.

“With its new arrow shape, the hoist of the flag beautifully illustrates the forward movement weā€™ve made, while it sits on the left side to show thereā€™s still much to be done,” said Lyft in a release.

“We are proud to feature Danielā€™s beautiful design in the Lyft app during city-wide Pride celebrations this year.”
