Your dream job could be waiting for you right now at Canada’s athletic apparel leader lululemon. The company is opening up a brand-new Guest Education Centre (GEC) in Mississauga, and they’re hiring over 100 full-time and part-time educators for the upcoming holiday season.

They’re looking for English speaking or bilingual (French-speaking) candidates to join the team. At lululemon, growth and development are prioritized so this could be the leap you’ll want to take in your career.

Before you send in your application, let’s take a look at your future role.

What a GEC educator does

Team/lululemon

At lululemon, the GEC is the main contact centre for everything. As an educator, your role will involve speaking to guests over live chat, phone, text and email, collecting feedback and answering just about everything under the lululemon sun.

You’ll get to talk to guests all over the world while you have fun and provide ‘wow’ experiences. Of course, to do this, you need to be a resourceful problem-solver who loves to be entrepreneurial at any opportunity.

Working in a fast-paced environment with your team, setting goals, embracing health and fitness, being involved in the community, and pushing for your own personal development will be part of your work life.

Hours at the GEC range from 8 am to 9 pm EST on weekdays and 9 am to 9 pm EST on weekends. Plus, you’ll have access to benefits towards your sweaty endeavours to meet your passion for #thesweatlife!
