President's Choice pork loin recalled due to undeclared allergen: CFIA

Loblaw Companies Limited is recalling a specific pork loin roast due to the presence of an undeclared allergen.

President’s Choice brand Maple Apple Seasoned Pork Loin Roast contains mustard which is not declared on the label. As such, anyone with a mustard allergy should not consume the product described below as it may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction:

There have been no reported reactions associated with the consumption of this product. Still, you should check to see if you have the recalled product in your home. If you do, it should be thrown out or returned to the store where it was purchased.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to further recalls. If this is the case, the public will be notified through updated food recall warnings.
