While he’s known far and wide for his work with the Toronto Raptors, Drake has called upon one of the most iconic father-son duos in Toronto Maple Leafs history to model for an upcoming October’s Very Own line.

Today, OVO posted photos with current Leafs forward Max Domi and his father, Tie, who played for the team for 12 seasons across two stints with the franchise.

The duo was modelling as part of the NHL’s ongoing OVO collab, with the latest Original Six collection set to debut on October 27 both in-store and online.

While Max was donning a Leafs hoodie for his pictures, Tie was actually geared up in a New York Rangers jacket, a franchise he spent three years with in the early 1990s.

In his first year with the Leafs after signing a one-year contract this summer, the younger Domi has registered three assists in his first five games with the team.

Hall of Fame defenceman Chris Chelios also was part of the photoshoot, sporting a Chicago Blackhawks jacket.

The elder Domi is a Drake fan, having walked out with the Toronto rapper during one of his concerts at Scotiabank Arena last month.

“He deserves it. He gave his heart and soul to this city just like Drake does,” Max told reporters earlier this month about the walkout. “So it was great to see. I know they’re good buddies so it was awesome. I think he was pretty excited about it and he looked good up there.”
