If your ideal way to start the day is with a buttery and fall-apart flaky croissant, the east end’s newest bakery is sure to become your best friend.

Le Beau Patisserie is gearing up to open inside Unit 7 at 665 Dundas Street East soon. Within a couple of weeks soon, according to a comment by the eatery on it’s Instagram account.

By the looks of it, the space has been under construction for well over a year. But now, signage is up, coffee machines have been delivered, and carb-loaded treats draw near.

The spot’s Instagram page isn’t dedicated solely to the restaurant itself, but instead the works of the talented pastry chef behind the space: Olga Spivak.

Riddled with flaky croissants, shining macarons, gorgeous gâteaus, and other delectable delights, a scroll through will make your mouth water, and your heartache for Le Beau to open.

The timing is just right for this spot, because if there’s anything the holidays need, it’s a little extra butter.
