Kensington Market Pedestrian Sundays are back for the summer

Pedestrian Sundays at Kensington Market are back this summer.

For the 16th year, you can walk the streets of the energetic neighbourhood and take in the vibes of its colourful shops, artistic murals, and multicultural marketplaces, all with no cars in sight.

Explore the market on foot and discover unique local vendors and artisans on the last Sunday of May through October.

This year, smaller evening closures will take place from 7 to 10 pm as follows:

• Lower Kensington Ave. evening closures will be in May, July, and September
• Upper Augusta Ave. evening closures will be in June, August, and October
