Some of the country’s top Japanese chefs are gearing up to satisfy your tastebuds in Toronto next month.

At the upcoming Japanese Food Festival, you can anticipate authentic signature Japanese dishes, sakes, shochu, and beers.

Throughout the evening, count on cooking demonstrations including the cutting of a whole tuna, introductions to key Japanese ingredients, and special cooking techniques.

The event aims to express the connection between the food and culture of Japan, and the health benefits of Washoku cuisine. It aids the fundraising efforts of the Japanese Restaurant Association of Canada, which supports new programs and educational seminars to culinary students and diners alike.
