Toronto’s first Cacao 70 Dip Shop is now open!
Located inside the Scarborough Town Centre (STC), it’s the newest outpost from the Montreal-born chain of dessert houses that already boasts locations in Toronto’s historic Distillery District as well as on Queen West and in Richmond Hill.
Distinguishing itself from its predecessors, the Cacao 70 inside the east end mall is not only an eatery offering waffles, crepes, sweet pizzas, and fondue, but also the first Toronto Dip Shop, a walk-up counter where every item can be dipped in molten chocolate.
Options include scratch-made waffles and soft serve cones dipped in a choice of liquid chocolate in flavours like black sesame, earl grey, and matcha.
In addition to the Dip Shop, find the STC eatery dishing out its well-established menu of indulgent brunches, lunches, and desserts.
The sit-down dining room not only offers an upgrade to the food court but also, all-day selections spanning the gamut of eggy breakfasts and savoury sandwiches in addition to signature sweets, shakes, and hot chocolatey beverages.
