You can enter an ice cream eating contest near Toronto this weekend

How fast can you eat ice cream before succumbing to brain freeze? Find out this weekend just east of Toronto at Pickering Market when Sweetsby’s Ice Cream and Treats hosts its Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream Eating Contest.

Would-be ice cream eating contestants have until the end of day to enter the event taking place on Sunday, September 2 from 2 pm.

The event is a celebration of Sweetsby’s first year in business and Mayors from Pickering, Oshawa and Ajax are all confirmed to be in attendance.

The first place winner will be rewarded with FREE ice cream for a year.
