FREE food is rarely ever healthy. Case in point: recent giveaways in Toronto have been almost exclusively centred around pizza, bacon, ice cream, etc. – until now!

H² Kitchen on Queen West is officially open for business and to celebrate their grand opening, Toronto’s newest source for healthy fast food is dishing out FREE bowls next week!

The giveaway takes place on Thursday, February 22 from noon until 3 pm and entitles anyone who stops in during this time to a menu that includes a choice of free poke, salad, noodle, or smoothie bowl.
