Start off fall with some free fitness.
In case you haven’t heard, the Sony Centre for Performing Arts offers several different community classes, which are all free. That’s right, the Sony Centre is more than just an awesome theatre.
The free classes are during lunch or after work hours, allowing anyone working in the area to drop in and check out the programs. Although participants are asked to register, doing so is free and will guarantee your spots.
Over the next few months, the Sony Centre will be offering free yoga, and barre fitness.
Make sure to register early and mark your calendars.
Spend your lunch hour stretching, twisting, breathing and add some calm to your day.

Barre Fitness classes are a blend of pilates, dance, cardio and core strength training. Reshape your body into that of a dancer’s, with an emphasis on posture and alignment. Work up a sweat in a high energy and fun class set to music!
