Here's where to find FREE dance, yoga, and meditation classes in Toronto

Jan 7 2020, 5:52 pm

We’re in the thick of January, which means there’s little access to parks for strolling and lakes for swimming at the moment.

If winter has left you feeling cooped up and stuffy, there are a number of dance, yoga, and meditation-focused events coming up that are sure to help clear your head.

All classes will take place at Meridian Hall — formerly the Sony Centre, — located at 1 Front Street East.

So grab your mat, hop into something comfy, and get ready to tap into your zen.
