Renting in Toronto is never an easy task, but as the pandemic continues to affect everyday life, it’s left a mark on the rental market by putting pressure on rental prices.

A recent report has shown that rent was down for the 11th straight month in the GTA. All property types took a dive over 13% in October, with one-bedroom suites down 12% and two-bedroom units down 10%.

So if you’ve been looking for the perfect rental, now might just be the right time to look.
