
Early this morning, the Toronto Fire Department was called to College and Spadina to respond to a three-alarm fire at the northwest corner of the intersection.
The building, across the street from the University of Toronto campus, is the site of a new condominium development and was formerly the location of The Waverly Hotel.

Toronto Police reported no injuries from the fire.

Morning traffic was halted in multiple directions, but lanes are slowly being reopened, and TTC services have resumed.
