Toronto proper is finally – hopefully – getting a Farm Boy!
The chain of market-style grocery stores has been synonymous with small-town Ontario for decades and already boasts more than 20 locations in Brantford, Cambridge, Cornwall, Kingston, Kitchener, London, Ottawa, Pickering, Peterborough, Whitby, and more.
While a location on Brown’s Line Road in Etobicoke is already in the works, proposed plans show that the grocer is plotting to go in at 1015 Lakeshore at Leslie, the plaza currently home to Canadian Tire.
Should the proposed plans succeed, the grocery store would join a corner of the city that’s already home to Loblaws and Fresh Co.
