The limited-edition blue menu at Eva’s Original Chimneys has just been released, with options for vegans and omnivores alike.

The new menu features three different types of cones: There’s White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake, made with blueberry cheesecake sauce, blue vanilla soft serve and a blue sugar-dusted cone; vegan option Berry Blue, featuring blueberry compote, wild berry coulis and blue vanilla soft-serve in a blue sugar cone; and The Narwhal, a blue vanilla soft-serve topped with sugar sprinkles, edible fondant and a horn, all atop a blue sugar cone.
What makes the soft serve and cone such a vibrant shade of blue is spirulinaāa natural blue-green algae found in oceans and lakes. The concentrated powder, often used in smoothies and bowls for vibrance and nutritional benefits, adds no flavour and is vegan-friendly.
Which makes for a very fun treat that everyone can enjoy.
