You can feast on insects at this spring dinner service

If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em. Many say it’s the protein of the future, so you should probably hop on board.

If you’ve never eaten a bug before, you’ll have the chance to experience a whole meal infused with them at an upcoming dinner service, hosted by Cookie Martinez.

“This series has been a work of love, looking for new recipes of how to integrate insects in our diet, getting rid of the Yuk perception of eating insects,” the event’s description reads.

Guests can anticipate a four-course dinner that will include silkworms, Colombian ants, and other little critters. Cricket Empanadas are also going to be on deck.

Don’t miss this opportunity to embrace your adventurous side and step into the future of food.
