With news of IKEA opening its very first downtown Toronto location, customers who live for their food offerings might be in for a treat.
Though eager customers will have to wait until the end of the year for the grand opening, the Swedish company shared with Daily Hive that they will have a new “unique” IKEA food concept rolling out at the new location.
“Food is an essential part of the IKEA shopping experience, and we are excited to confirm that the new Toronto Downtown Store will include a unique new IKEA food concept, inspired by our Swedish heritage,” said IKEA in an email.
They aren’t spilling the beans just yet, but more details can be expected in the months ahead.
