Toronto's new daily coronavirus cases and outbreaks now available online
Toronto Public Health has updated its coronavirus dashboard to include more information about new daily cases in the city and active outbreaks.
The City also says it’s working to provide workplace-related outbreak information on the dashboard soon.
“This information and transparency is crucial so that people can understand this virus and how they can help us stop the spread,” Mayor John Tory said in a news release.
The website now lists current outbreaks at schools and daycares in Toronto, in addition to its features including a case map of the city and graphs showing running daily new case numbers.
“Given the current resurgence in cases, this information is becoming even more critical to understanding how COVID19 is affecting our community,” the City said in a news release.
