Popular Toronto drag bar Crews & Tangos has confirmed one of it performers and one patron have tested positive for coronavirus.

A patron who visited Crews & Tangos on September 18 emailed the bar to say they had tested positive for coronavirus, the business said in an Instagram post Friday evening.

From there, Crews & Tangos announced it was temporarily closing so all staff could get tested before returning to work.

Early Saturday morning, the bar said one of their drag queens who last performed on the same night the infected patron visited also tested positive.
