The housing market is going through an unpredictable and transitional time during the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to a report compiled by TorontoRentals.com and Bullpen Research & Consulting, the average monthly rent in Toronto has fallen to $2,194, which they say is an 8.7% annual decrease.
On average, condominium landlords charged $260 less per month in July 2020 compared to July 2019, the report said.
So, now might just be the perfect time to look.
