While rental prices in Toronto might be on the rise, renters can find some affordable listings around the city… although not downtown.
In February, Toronto took the top spot for the most expensive rent in the country. One bedrooms increased 0.4% from January to $2,270 and two bedrooms now average $2,850.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t find affordable around the GTA.
