While rental prices in Toronto might be on the rise, renters can find some affordable listings around the city… although not downtown.
In April, the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Toronto, which claims the title of the priciest market in Canada, was $2,260 and rent for a two-bedroom apartment remained at $2,850.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t find affordable listings around the GTA.
