Care Bears-themed Taiyaki ice cream cones are coming to Toronto (PHOTOS)
Sometimes, you just need a little blast from the past. And what better way for one to be served up than in the form of dessert-inspired by Care Bears?
Starting next week, you’ll be able to indulge in a nostalgic treat at Taiyaki NYC’s Toronto location, that’s as fun as it is fuzzy.
But, you know, not really.
The ice cream purveyor has teamed up with Care Bears to offer up three special edition cones, inspired by the iconic childhood characters.

From next Friday, you’ll be able to get your hands on the Love-A-Lot Bear cone, made with red bean Taiyaki, Care Bear sprinkles, vegan strawberry soft serve, and pink heart candy.

The Funshine Bear is made with red bean Taiyaki, Care Bear sprinkles, vegan mango soft serve, and sunshine fondant, and the Good Luck Bear cone features red bean Taiyaki, Care Bear sprinkles, matcha soft serve and clover chocolate.

Each of the treats will be priced at $8, and the goodies will be available from October 25 to January 1.
