New cafe and cocktail bar opening in Toronto this spring

A new cafe and cocktail bar has set its eyes on Toronto’s College Street and has major plans to open in the next few months.

Just a few metres away from the Pompette restaurant, 597 College Street, Bar Pompette is the newest cafe and cocktail bar to open in the city.

Though its exact location is still under wraps, Bar Pompette gave a little sneak peek to Daily Hive as to what they have been cooking up for eager guests.

“The place is going to be open all day and evening long. It is going to be a Café during the day and a Cocktail Bar at night,” said Bar Pompette.

“A simple, yet elegant, finger food offer with a French accent but inspired by North American culture.”

During the day, you can enjoy an enticing cup of coffee, and into the evening, enjoy cocktails and other classics they have prepared on the menu.

Things are still a little hush-hush, but Bar Pompette is eager to open up its doors by May or June of this year.
