Breweries follow footsteps of distilleries making hand sanitizer in Ontario

Breweries across Ontario are following the lead of local distilleries by producing hand sanitizer for those in need amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Both Mill Street and Labatt Breweries have turned towards making hand-sanitizer for those working in the food and beverage industry during these trying times.

At Mill Street, bottles have been produced for front-line employees working at the LCBO and the Beer Store, and those working in the food and beverage industry are encouraged to reach out if they need hand sanitizer.

“We are supporting anyone working at any bar, restaurant, LCBO, or Beer Store in Toronto,” reads a comment on the brewery’s Instagram page.
