A 15-year-old boy was fatally shot in North York on Sunday night.
According to the Toronto Police Service, officers responded to a shooting around 6:07 pm on April 26, at 1884 Sheppard Avenue West.
Police say officers arrived on the scene and located a boy “suffering from a gunshot wound.”
He was then taken to a trauma hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Homicide investigators are appealing to any witnesses who were in the area at the time, or have security camera footage, dashcam video, or any information, to contact police.
