The GTA's giant liquidation outlet will be closing in January

Bye bye, Bobby.

Toronto’s giant liquidation outlet, located near Don Mills Road and Steeles Avenue East, has announced it will be closing on January 20.

Bobby’s Liquidation Outlet was born from a former 150,000-sq-ft, two-storey Sears store in 2015.

The jumbo spot sells merchandise in every category that Sears once sold: clothing, accessories, leather goods, jewelry, toys, bath, bedding, appliances, furniture, kitchenware and home decor items.

The spot even had a tradition of giving away free turkeys in the lead-up to Thanksgiving.

So basically, it’s offered Torontonians everything they could ever ask for. It will be sad to see it go.

Bobby’s is offering the city one last gift though: Until it shutters its doors, the store will be having a super-sale to clear the space of all its stock. You’ll be able to get items for up to 80% off the already steep discounts.

We’re talking Vera Moda leather jackets for $15 and Jack and Jones dress shirts for $10. So stop by and get your discounted finds while you can.

With Bobby’s gone, everyone will have an even bigger incentive to head over to Biway for affordable goods.

It seems it’s out with the old, and in with the older-old.
