#MySquareFish | (🍩 + 🍣) = DOSHI — that's what you get when you make a doughnut-shaped sushi burger. 😏 This actually worked pretty well. The top bun is sushi rice with your choice of protein / veg, sesame and avocado, followed by layers of kani + seaweed salad. The bottom bun is deep fried… And we all know how delicious deep fried sticky rice is 😍 (ahem, #BanhChungChien). Choices of salmon or shrimp ($8), veggie ($7) and tuna ($9).
