York Regional Police have killed an armed man following a hostage situation, according to SIU Ontario.
Police have asked the public to avoid Dufferin and Major Mackenzie due to large police presence and an ongoing investigation.
Earlier, they reported a man with a gun at a bank located in the Vaughan intersection.
