Free Community Yoga at Sony Centre
The Centre offers free yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon. No experience is required, but bring your own mat and water. Registration is usually available online ahead of the class.

No experience is required for these traditional martial arts and self defense classes. Presented by Shaolin Temple Quanfa Institute, these should keep your Tuesday evenings busy in April. Tonight’s class is Women’s* Beginner Self Defense Shaolin Style. (*This class is open to women and all gender non-conforming individuals.)
