Hello June! Summer is officially on the horizon in Toronto, making it the perfect time to get outside and catch Hollywood live and in action.
Everyone knows it’s pretty cool to spot a new movie or the latest installment of your favourite TV show filming right here in your hometown. The excitement of knowing when you’re out and about in the city that suddenly, you could turn a corner and catch a glimpse of the cameras rolling.
Here are 12 movies and TV shows filming in Toronto this June.

Anne with an E – Season 3
Based on the classic 1908 book Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery, Anne with an E is filming this month for season three of the Canadian drama series. Cast members include Amybeth McNulty as main character Anne, along with Christian Martyn, and Stephen Tracey.
Schitt’s Creek – Season 6
The gang is back in town! Schitt’s Creek is in Toronto this month to film its sixth (and final) season of the hit CBC show starring Eugene Levy and his son Daniel Levy, alongside Catherine O’Hara and Annie Murphy. The show revolves around a wealthy family known as the Roses, who lost all their money and now live in a small town called “Schitt’s Creek.”
Tallboyz – Season 1
Tallboyz will finish filming for its first season in Toronto mid-June. This new male sketch comedy series stars Vance Banzo, Guled Abdi, Franco Nguyen, and Tim Blair, better known as the Toronto sketch troupe Tallboyz II Men.
Dare Me – Season 1

Starring Family Channel’s Brittany Raymond, Dare Me is a new series filming in the city through to August. Dare Me is said to be about a young cheerleader seeking revenge against a former clique she used to be a part of.
Suits – Season 9

Suits will be in Toronto this month filming for its ninth season of the hit show through to August. This long-running series will come to an end after this season but fans don’t worry – there’s still ten episodes to binge before you have to say goodbye!
Condor – Season 2

Condor will be on location in Toronto this month after it was renewed for a second season. This American thriller series is based upon the novel by James Grady Six Days of the Condor and stars William Hurt, Leem Lubany, Max Irons, and Brendan Fraser.
Murdoch Mysteries – Season 13

Murdoch Mysteries is back on location in Toronto this June and will continue filming in the city until November. Starring Yannick Bisson, Hélène Joy, and Jonny Harris, this Canadian drama series follows Toronto-based detective William Murdoch as he solves crime during the 1890s and early 1900s.
Frankie Drake Mysteries – Season 3
Frankie Drake Mysteries will be on location in Toronto this June filming for its third season. Set in the 1920s, this drama series revolves around Toronto’s only female detective Frankie Drake played by Lauren Lee Smith.
Kim’s Convenience
Back for its fourth season, the hit CBC show Kim’s Convenience sets up production in Toronto this month. The sitcom is actually set in the Moss Park neighbourhood in the city, and follows a Korean family who run a local convenience store.
Titans – Season 2

Titans will be in production in the Toronto area through to September. Starring Minka Kelly, Brenton Thwaites and Anna Diop, the DC Universe series is about a group of superheroes led by Nightwing — the grown-up version of the first boy to become Batman’s sidekick, Robin.
The Boys – Season 2
Based on the comic book The Boys by Garth Ennis, this superhero drama series will be back filming in Toronto this month for its second season. With a long cast list including Karl Urban, Chace Crawford, Erin Moriarty, and Dominique McElligott among others, the series was created by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and Eric Kripke.
Impulse – Season 2
Renewed for a second season by YouTube, Impulse will wrap up production in Toronto this June. The show revolves around Henrietta ‘Henry’ Coles, played by Maddie Hasson, who comes to realize that she has the power of teleportation. The show also stars Keegan-Michael Key and Missi Pyle.
