More than a year into the pandemic, the job market continues to be rather unpredictable, and it can feel discouraging when trying to find work when workplace rules are constantly changing.

Wayfair

• Who: Founded in 2002, Wayfair is an online retailer specializing in home decor and furnishings.
• Jobs: The company plans to open a brand new office in Toronto and plans to hire for close to 200 positions. Currently, the company has 11 listings for its engineering department.

• Who: Klick Health is an independent healthcare marketing agency headquartered in Toronto with offices in New York and Philadelphia, as well.
