The cheese in the Mac? That’s Tillamook cheddar cheese from Oregon. The chicken is organic and free-range, from Draper Valley Farms located in Mount Vernon. And Stewart’s Meat Market in Yelm exclusively handcrafts this spot’s beef bacon.
The catfish, as well, is farm-raised to strict environmental standards in Mississippi.
