Washington confirms 547 more coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours

The Washington government has revealed that the state’s COVID-19-related death toll has reached 1,404 after announcing five more deaths since Sunday afternoon.
According to the Washington State Department of Health Website, there have been 547 new known cases of coronavirus reported in the last 24 hours.
This brings the state’s confirmed total to 42,304 with 353 hospitalizations, 55 of which are intubated.
Currently, 675,930 tests (approximately 94% of all coronavirus tests in the state) have turned up negative.
The United States’ total death toll now sits at 3,542,889.
