Washington reports over 1,800 coronavirus cases in past 24 hours

The Washington government has revealed that the state’s COVID-19-related death toll is 2,925 after announcing 25 new deaths since Thursday afternoon.
According to the Washington State Department of Health website, there have been 1,853 new known cases of coronavirus reported in the last 24 hours.
This brings the state’s confirmed total to 174,290 with 984 current hospitalizations, 132 of which are intubated.
The United States’ total death toll now sits at 285,389.
