Enjoy Asian American-inspired eats at the first of four exciting pop-ups in Seattle
This Friday, visit the Rose Temple Bar for a highly anticipated Asian American-inspired popup by Chef Will of Tio Baby’s and Expat Supper Club.
The special menu includes bacon cheeseburger dumplings with umami ketchup and hot mustard, waffle fries with a soy-ginger glaze, sesame aioli, peanut crunch, and Vietnamese herbs. There will also be Sichuan peppercorn wings and papaya salad, and a special hotdog with some Bahn-mi style pickles and a sambal-hon dashi cream cheese.

The pop-up is the first in a series of four Tio Baby’s pop-ups, all of which will roll out before the brick-and-mortar restaurant opens in a soon-to-be-named location.
The next pop-ups include a collaboration with Cookie’s Country Chicken on March 25 to 26, a collaboration with Good Day Donuts on April 9, and a final collaboration with Bar Charlie on May 8.
