2020 Steam Game Festival will cure your quarantine boredom

Announced today in a press release from Valve, the 2020 Steam Game Festival: Spring Edition will be arriving tomorrow, giving you something to play while practicing social distancing.

The Spring Edition of last year’s first-ever Steam Game Festival promises to cure your quarantined boredom by showcasing more than 40 upcoming and highly anticipated video games destined for the PC platform.

Amid planet-wide crisis control, and event cancelations all over the globe, Valve seeks to give a platform to developers and their titles that have missed out on showcasing their work at events like the Game Developers Conference or the Electronic Entertainment Expo.

Valve’s Steam Game Festival provides a chance for teams to offer players a free-to-play taste of their upcoming titles. While we don’t have word on what titles will be taking part in the 2020 Steam Game Festival: Spring Edition, we can assure you that it’s going to be a line-up worth your time.

The festival will also put a spotlight on a selection of soon-to-be launched titles or with pre-orders currently live.
