A Seattle caterer has created a box celebrating Black-owned restaurants

Next time you’re looking for something to eat, order the new Stand Together Box by Gourmondo and HOT 103.7.

The boxes will include goodies from various Black-owned restaurants around Seattle while a portion of the proceeds from each box benefits Seattle’s Black Lives Matter chapter.

This first Stand Together box features a roasted and sliced Wagyu flank steak sandwich which includes Junebaby and Salare Chef Edouardo Jordan’s Pimento Cheese spread, pickled green tomatoes, and crisp romaine lettuce hearts on a charred baguette.

As a side along with the sandwich is Marjorie’s Chef Donna Moodie’s Plantain Chips, a mixed green salad with dried cherries and house-made balsamic vinaigrette, mini chocolate bundt cake, utensils, a napkin, and a mint.

Stand Together Boxes can be ordered online for $18.95 and can be delivered in the greater Seattle area and Eastside.
