It’s about to get cold in Seattle this week. Really cold.
According to a statement issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) on Tuesday, the region will see cooler air bringing possible frost to the weekend.
“Accumulating snow across Cascade passes possible,” listed the statement.

The NWS does not yet know the exact track of the upcoming weather system, nor does it know the exact snow levels.
We do know, however, that the weather system is on its way from the north, and it is likely to bring winter conditions in the mountains.
