We love the Bouillon Farni de Legumes et Gnocchi aux Trois Saveur (early spring vegetables and fresh gnocchi in a house vegetable stock) as well as the Soupe aux Ortis (purƩed nettles and potato with house chicken stock and creme fraiche.)
