What: It’s time to make some tasty pasta that even the most Italian of grandmas would envy. In this class, you’ll learn how to make pasta from scratch and then use the fresh dough to make fettuccine with sauteed butter herbed mushrooms and ravioli filled with ricotta and served in a marinara sauce. You’ll also receive a bottle of wine to go with dinner.
