Although the pandemic has led to one of the highest unemployment rates in US history, plenty of jobs are still hiring and could be your perfect fit.

We’ve sifted through some of Seattle’s top companies and whipped together a list of thirteen who are hiring this May.

Amazon

  • Who: Seattle is home to one of the largest Amazon offices on Earth. It’s the birthplace of Amazon and they continue to adjust to modern technology and ways of the world. Offering consumers almost instant access to many needs and wants with products to changing the way developers and companies use technology with their software and cloud services, Amazon is no joke.
  • Jobs: Throughout dozens of disciplines, Amazon in Seattle is looking for thousands of employees from engineers to warehouse team members, and beyond.
  • Perks: Amazon employees are a crucial part of the largest private employer in all of Seattle, and that comes with perks like a fully modern campus, extremely malleable benefits, and one of the most diverse and welcoming internal communities in tech.

  • Who: Costco Wholesale Corporation is an American corporation that operates a chain of membership-only warehouse clubs. They’re known for their bulk foods, amazing samples, and long lineups during the pandemic.
  • Jobs: Costco is seeking everyone from warehouse workers to opticians, travel agents, IT assistants, and more.

  • Who: Named after the extraterrestrial humanoid species from Star Trek, Vulcan oversees and manages a broad compilation of projects, investments, and companies all over the world.   • Jobs: Vulcan is currently hiring a senior accountant and impact producer. They are also looking for interns and offer a general application to those who’d like to submit their resume for review.
