A highly anticipated ramen pop up is coming to Hillman City this Friday

Oct 21 2020, 7:35 pm

Max Heigh is well aware that one of the best foods for a cold day is ramen.

That’s why the Sam Choy’s Poke to the Max co-founder is bringing a new pop up to the streets of Seattle, Ramen Ramen.

The pop-up will be serving delicious bowls as well as sides, add-ons, and drinks starting this Friday, October 23.

With pandemic rules in place, Ramen Ramen will be operating out of a food truck.

The truck will serve up truffle crab ramen, pork belly ramen, wild mushroom ramen, classic ramen, and brisket ramen. All soups come with a rich pork broth that can be substituted for a miso broth, spicy broth, or garlic broth.
