Popular NYC restaurant Carnal has opened in Bellingham

After taking New York by storm, Carnal has finally made its way to the West Coast.

The popular Brooklyn food stand is not for vegans or vegetarians, as the dishes are created in the hopes “to ignite your primal urges.”

Carnal has decided to make Bellingham home, where its chefs have been using the Pacific Northwestern crops and offerings to craft their menu.

The restaurant currently serves up two meat dishes: the slow-cooked beef short rib with pineapple, Urfa chile, and lemon oil, and the wood-grilled chicken thigh with smoked chicken fat, savory, and spicy greens.
