Pike Place Market is home to fish flingers, gorgeous flowers, and over 100 women-owned businesses.

These women own and operate everything from craft booths to restaurants, bakeries, and tattoo parlors all under one roof.

During the time of the pandemic when crafters were not allowed to sell in-person at the Market, five female Market crafters, Miranda Arney, Megan Carlisle, Twyla Dill, Carrie Narducci and Rayana White formed the Pike Place Market Educators program to share their business knowledge.

These mentors provided workshops and coaching, and they serve as panelists for their fellow artists. Since April, they have held over 67 hour-long sessions, helping over 55 artists with everything from starting a business Instagram account to making an Etsy shop and creating websites.
